Although their name ref's another TX post-rock band with sky in their name, and although their sound is similar to that band's stellar output, Legendary Skies is worth looking into. It seems every other post-rock band has some kind of narrative running through their songs, yet Legendary Skies tells great stories that I actually want to hear. Like 'The Dirge' which is anything but; instead it's a stirring and encouraging eulogy to a life lived with beauty of heart and depth of mind. architect
